Vidmantas Tūtlys (PhD) is assisstant professor and head of the Centre for Vocational Education and Research at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas (Lithuania), the member of the European Network of the Research of Vocational Education VETNET. Research interests include initial VET and higher education policy analysis, analysis of qualifications and competences, design and development of the national system of qualifications, as well as national and sectoral qualifications frameworks, development of institutional models of VET and skill formation in the Central and Eastern Europe, migration and mobility of workforce, human resource development.
Presentation in B1 session: Social partnership in developing VET system of Lithuania
Presentation briefly overviews the historical development of social partnership in the context of the VET reforms, discusses current situation of social dialogue in VET and provides insight about the perspectives and challenges of social dialogue in the future development of VET and qualifications in Lithuania.
